How quickly can you come and look at my roof?
Get in touch and we will arrange an inspection quickly, usually within a few days and sooner for an active leak. One of our TrustATrader reviews describes us on site for an urgent tile repair the very next day. The inspection and the written quote are free and there is no obligation.
Can the price change once you have started?
No. The price in the written quote is the price you pay. If the scaffold goes up and we find something genuinely hidden, we photograph it, show you and agree any extra with you before anything else is done. Our reviews make a point of it: Jack sticks to the original price with no hidden fees.
Do you arrange the scaffolding?
Yes. Where a job needs scaffold we arrange it and it is priced into the written quote, so there is nothing to organise on your side and no separate bill.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in St Albans and work across Hertfordshire: Hatfield, Harpenden, Welwyn Garden City, Hemel Hempstead, Watford, Bushey, Radlett, Borehamwood, Potters Bar and the villages in between. See the areas page for the full list, or put your postcode in the checker.
