Privacy policy
The short version: we use the details you give us to quote for and carry out roofing work, and for nothing else.
Who we are. Holmlea Roofing & Property Maintenance Ltd, company number 16268363, based in St Albans, Hertfordshire. You can reach us at info@holmlearoofing.com or on 07385 284149.
What we collect. When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and whatever you tell us about the job. If you book an inspection through our booking page we also hold the appointment time.
Why. To contact you about your enquiry, visit the property, prepare a quote, carry out the work, send invoices and honour the guarantee afterwards. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and then performing that contract.
Who else sees it. The quote form is provided by Heyflow and the booking page by HighLevel, which process your details on our behalf. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, except where we need to (for example a scaffolding firm who needs the address).
How long. Enquiry details that do not turn into a job are deleted within 12 months. Details for work we have carried out are kept for the length of the guarantee plus the period required for our accounts.
Cookies and analytics. This website does not set tracking cookies of its own. The embedded quote form and booking widget may set functional cookies needed for them to work.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@holmlearoofing.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
